干锅手撕鸡,选用湖南的农家鸡,经过腌制,去骨后手工撕成丝条状,与红辣椒等配料一起放进干锅中,顿时香气扑鼻。鸡丝是盐焗的味道带一点辣,丝丝条条好下饭。
