以糯米为主,常用香菇丝、虾米、花生、肥肉或腊肠、绿豆、莲子等作配料,用竹叶包裹、咸草捆扎成六角球状,放进锅内煮(或蒸)熟,食时淋上甜酱油,口感香软柔润;又有咸甜双拼粽球,甘甜香咸,别有风味
